Naturally sun-dried coconut oil (often referred to as Kopparai Thengai Ennai or Sun-Dried Copra Oil) is the gold standard of traditional oils. Unlike mass-produced versions that use sulfur or chemicals to prevent mold during drying, this oil relies entirely on the sun’s UV rays to cure the coconut meat before it is cold-pressed.
