At Vayal Varam, we ensure that all products are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be reported within the specified time period.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is returned without original packaging.

• The issue is reported after the allowed return period.

Note: Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package. Any claim for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.
